2. How long will I receive the quotation?
A: It’s base on the drawing and design, normally we provide the quotation in 1-3 days. The project with multiple drawings that need 7 days to quote.
3. How to get the sample? What is the sample lead time?
A: Yes, we can make the sample for you, and we charge the sample fee depending on the products, normally it takes 7-14 days to make the sample. Before the sample production, we will info the clients how long it takes.
4. What is the sample lead time for bulk order?
A: It depends on the quantities, types, and capacity of manufactures, normally it takes 21-45 days to complete the production.
5. What type of drawing can you accept?
A: The most common file is PDF, some special structure of display racks can use Solidworks or AutoCAD.
6. Can I get a quote if I do not have the drawing but I have the product size?
A: Feel free to send us all type of format even the hand draft would be fine, the most important thing we need is the dimension, please show us the length, width, height, thickness, and material. We will be happy to serve you and offer you the most competitive price.
7. How to make sure you do the surface treatment like I want to?
A: If you have a specific color you would like to use please feel free to provide us the Pantone, RAL or the color sample to us, we will do the color you want to. If you want to use a foreign brand which can not get locally, we will do our best using similar color to match for you. If the color is not allowed to change to other brands then please feel free to provide us the sources.
8.Powder Coating Colours and Options?
A: Please provide the Pantone or RAL, and the gloss levels. If it’s possible please provide us the color sample to match. If you do not have any specific requirement for the gloss levels, ABBA will suggest for you the one commonly used to prevent quantity not reaching MOQ.
9. Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: We aim to satisfy you so we do not strictly limit the MOQ, we will do our best to match clients quantities as long as the material and sizes are easy to get.
10. What is the maximum acceptable size of electroplated products?
A: ABBA can do the electroplating from the regular sizes to specific large items. Gantry plating line can do 50cm(W)x360cm(L)x165cm(H).
11. What are the payment terms?
A: Sample should pay at once and welcoming in using trade assurance. Regular invoice should pay in 30% at order with TT, remaining 70% pay against copy of B/L. If you have any special requirement please feel free to contact us.
12.What about packing?
A: The quotation will include the carton packing details if you need the pallets, wooden crate, or other way to pack, please info us in advance so we can quote you the package base on your requirement and arrange the shipment accurately.
13. What are the types of terms of trade?
A: Most of the terms of trade between us and our customers are FOB terms. If you need different terms of trade such as EXW, C & F, CIF, DDU, DDP, please inform us at the time of inquiry.
14. What are the advantages and disadvantages of K / D (Knock down) structure and welded structure?
A: The advantage of K / D is that it can save volume and disperse product packaging weight, easy to handle and save transportation freight, but customers need to assemble it after receiving the goods. The welded structure is usually relatively stable. If the product size is large, it is necessary to strengthen the packaging and use pallets or wooden boxes to move it. The packaging cost will increase, and it will easily cause space loss in the cabinet and increase transportation costs. However, customers can use it directly after receiving the goods, saving assembly time and labor costs. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages, depending on the priorities of the customers, we will fully cooperate.
15. What to do when I receive defective products?
A: Please provide photos or videos to our sales staff and explain the cause and quantity of the defective product. The ABBA team will first use the photos or video to determine whether the cause is the product itself, the collision caused during transportation, or the improper assembly. After clarifying the issues, we will discuss the solution with the customers.
