Our product managers, product design engineers, and our clients discuss product needs in-depth and provide professional advice on product appearance, functionality, cost, and quality. Even if it is only ideas or product sketches, our designers can provide professional 2D and 3D drawing services. Depending on the requirements of the case and the complexity of the product, recommendations will be made to clients to conduct professional mold flow analysis to efficiently confirm the product function feasibility and process before developing the mold.

Our professional mold development team following designer’s product drawing will work with the mold department engineers on mold making processes from mold dismantling design to arranging the mold processing process including, CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC discharge, lapping, drilling, engraving, Texture, electroplating, and other professional processes and technology. After the processing is completed, a trial mold will be manufactured to confirm that the product size, appearance, function, and other characteristics match the client’s needs.

Once mold development is complete, mass production of our client’s products can begin. Our factory has 7 plastic injection molding machines able to produce general-purpose plastics: PP, PE, PS, HIPS, and engineering plastics: ABS, AS, PC, PMMA, PA6, PA66, PA+GF, and other materials. The types of injection molding provided include double-shot injection, thin-plate injections , thick-plate injections, microinjections, gas-assisted injections, mucell injections, silicone injections, and other specialized molding injections. From precision small parts to large lightweight plastics, our professional technicians will adjust the machine parameters according to match different product quality requirements providing a sturdy production capacity.
