Axiomtek recently launched the PICO512, a tiny 2.5-inch PICO-ITX powerhouse supporting Intel® 7th Generation Kaby Lake processors.

The PICO512 is small in size but big in processing power and connectivity. It carries a full suite of connectors to facilitate customization and expansion. It can also be connected to daughter boards for further expandability.

Designed for reliability and flexibility.

The Pico512 is an industrial grade embedded solution. It has one DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM for up to 16GB of memory; one full-length PCI Express Mini Card slot; and a pair of expansion connectors, as well as one LPC, one DDI, four USB 3.0 ports, one SMBus and one HD audio port. Intel® AMT 11 supported.

The Pico512 utilizes the Intel® HD graphics engine to generate fluid 4K video experiences. Supports dual display outputs through HDMI and 18/24-bit single/dual channel LVDS.

"The 100 mm x 72 mm Intel® Core™-based embedded board, PICO512, has combined a leading edge processor and rich expansion interfaces in an extremely compact size. It provides the best balance between performance and expandability," said Ken Lin, product manager of the Product PM Division of Axiomtek.
