Beware of fraudulent "phishing" emails and suspicious messages

Updated: 2016-08-01

"Phishing" emails are malicious attempts at fraudulently acquiring personal information from you.

Recently there have been reports of fraudulent "phishing" emails in the forms of telecommuting work, debt collections, product promotions and sales agreements that appear to be from Taiwantrade.com, TAITRA, or organized by BOFT, but they're not. (Please see the sample attached).

TAITRA and Taiwantrade have policies to never engage in such agreements or direct transactions with customers.

For any such emails or messages you receive involving direct transactions in the name of Taiwantrade, please first contact our customer service at e-member@taiwantrade.com in order to check their authenticity and avoid any unnecessary risks to you or your business.
