A dozen people on Sept. 26 rode naked through Taipei in a nod to World Naked Bicycle Ride.
According to the Web site of WNBR Vancouver, where the World Naked Bicycle Ride movement was started in 2004 by South African Conrad Schmidt, the event began as an act of simplification and human harmony.
The group follows the traffic laws carefully: no one jumps a red light, and arm signals are given punctiliously when turning.
